## Scope

Use canonical article URLs returned by the public site when citing content. The homepage and search forms include declarative WebMCP annotations for supporting browsers. Preparing a topic suggestion opens a separate form for review; it does not submit or publish content.

This directory grants no additional access or content rights. Existing site terms and robots.txt apply. Administrative pages, drafts and private account data are outside this public directory.
